At Skanda, we offer the complete package of engineering services. Our dedicated team for new product development devises a whole new process right from scratch whenever we receive a new purchase order.
We take ownership in developing the complete process design, with stagewise drawings, PFMEA, Control Plans, process flow diagrams, inspection test plans, in-process inspection sheets, work instructions for deburring-marking-assembly, 2D drawings, 3D modeling, and CNC programming along with fixtures design/manufacturing.
Software
Every product is developed and manufactured using the latest engineering software, Klingelnberg KIMOS/KOMET Engineering Software for Gears; Catia, Solid-works, and Unigraphics for other machined components; to ensure production of unmatched quality.
